




Description: Requirements and qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Design, 3D Animation, Game Development, Virtual and Augmented Reality, or related fields, with minimum proven experience of 4 (four) years in projects within these areas; * Or holding a master's degree, or currently pursuing a doctoral degree (in the latter case, at an institution located in the state of Minas Gerais) in areas such as Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, and Metaverse. Technical Knowledge and Requirements: * 3D Modeling and Animation: proficiency in software such as Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or equivalent, for creating three-dimensional models of equipment and products. * AR/VR SDKs and Platforms: hands-on experience with Unity3D, Unreal Engine, and respective development kits (Oculus SDK, OpenXR). * System Integration: ability to structure application sequencing, define interactive content, and integrate with multiplayer servers, APIs, and user devices (VR headsets, AR glasses, haptic controllers, among others). * Programming Knowledge: basic to intermediate knowledge in programming languages such as C#, C++, or Python for customization and integration of immersive environments. * Experience in Rendering and Optimization: real-time rendering techniques, texturing, lighting, and use of graphic engines optimized for AR/VR. * Collaboration and Version Control Tools: proficiency in tools such as Git/GitHub, Jira, or similar for project management and versioning. Differentiators: * Metaverse: practical experience in developing and publishing experiences on metaverse platforms (Horizon Worlds, Decentraland, Roblox, Spatial.io, or similar), with understanding of their technical and interaction-specific characteristics. * Experience in UX/UI applied to immersive environments. * Knowledge of metaverse interoperability (custom avatars). * Experience in collaborative projects with multidisciplinary teams (designers, engineers, developers, and user experience specialists). * Work on the conception and development of an interactive virtual reality laboratory for demonstrating the portfolio of projects developed by the FITec-BH unit 2511220202461763786
