Come revolutionize education with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead library teams across all Bernoulli Educação school units, coordinating, guiding, and monitoring staff performance; * Participate in, monitor, and contribute to pedagogical projects, supporting departmental activities and promoting information exchange in alignment with Bernoulli’s educational policy; * Coordinate library operational activities using specific standards, procedures, and systems to ensure service excellence; * Develop and maintain the library collection through acquisition, evaluation, weeding, and disposal processes, ensuring its quality and currency; * Coordinate the receipt, verification, and control of materials, invoices, and bills, ensuring proper organization and availability; * Ensure the physical and environmental conditions of libraries, preserving the collection and maintaining a high-quality user environment; * Assist and guide users of library units regarding the use of information resources, services, and equipment; * Prepare managerial reports containing statistical data, circulation analyses, and performance indicators to support unit planning; * Plan and manage financial, material, and human resources to promote efficient use, cost reduction, and increased productivity. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Library Science * Active registration with the Regional Council of Library Science (CRB) * Experience in people management * Knowledge of RM \- Totvs system * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Willingness to travel **Additional Information** Health insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Meal and food allowance on the same card Breakfast or afternoon snack at physical locations Transportation allowance Total Pass and Wellhub (access to gyms and wellness services) Birthday day off Corporate University Pregnancy support program Psychological, legal, financial, and social counseling program Wedding gift Duo Gourmet Bernoulli Benefits Club: access to a network of partnerships offering discounts on undergraduate and graduate courses, electricity bills, language courses, and much more—for you and your family Mothers working under a hybrid regime are entitled to 100% remote work from the 6th month of pregnancy until the child’s first birthday Fathers working under a hybrid regime are entitled to 100% remote work from the child’s birth until age six months Data protection changes everything During the candidate selection process for our open positions, we will use your personal data registered on the Gupy platform.
