




Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing concurrent and terminal cleaning routines, environment organization, waste handling, and coffee preparation, following established procedures and safety standards. Prepares coffee and ensures proper use of materials and PPE ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** \*\*\*\*\*\*ALL OUR POSITIONS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND INSS-REHABILITATED INDIVIDUALS.\*\*\*\*\*\* Perform concurrent cleaning in departments according to the daily routine and established procedures to ensure appropriate organization and cleanliness under the contract; Perform bed linen changes and terminal cleaning in departments according to the scheduled routine and timetable, adhering to established standards to ensure appropriate organization and cleanliness under the contract; Inspect departments and, when necessary, replenish dispensers and supplies, ensuring environmental preservation and continuous floor-level restocking; Remove waste from departments and rooms according to established protocols, delivering them to temporary disposal areas; Record concurrent/terminal cleaning times in the RAD (Daily Activity Report), entering start and end times and supplementary information (when required) to track performed activities; Ensure proper use of uniforms and PPE, personal hygiene, and correct handling of materials and products, in accordance with company standards, hygiene protocols, supervision by immediate superiors, and applicable safety regulations; Organize the DML (Clean Material Storage) and cleaning supplies, functional carts and/or bins, in accordance with established standards; Hand over organized materials (functional cart and bin) and DML to the next shift worker, following the POP (Standard Operating Procedure) protocol to ensure continuity of service quality; Correctly dilute chemical cleaning agents, following occupational safety recommendations as well as manufacturer instructions, SDS (Safety Data Sheets), and applied training. Follow pre-established schedules—daily, weekly, and monthly; Perform related tasks within one’s competencies upon request by the immediate supervisor. Prepare coffee. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** MINIMUM EDUCATION: Incomplete Elementary School. (If no formal documentation verifying education level is provided, completion of the registration form confirming literacy shall prevail). DESIRED: Complete Elementary School. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN FIELD: Not applicable. DESIRED: 6 months (If no formal documentation is available, experience recorded in the professional work card shall prevail).
