Manage returns and resolve issues related to non-conforming items. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct technical procurement processes for electrical and electronic materials, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. * Negotiate with domestic and international suppliers to consistently achieve the best conditions regarding price, delivery schedule, and quality. * Issue purchase orders, monitor the entire delivery process, and ensure that all materials fully comply with technical specifications. * Produce detailed supplier performance analyses, procurement history reports, and cost variation analyses. * Manage returns and resolve issues related to non-conforming items. * Maintain updated price lists and share relevant information with internal departments. * Participate in the prospecting, evaluation, and qualification of strategic new suppliers. **Job Requirements Education** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Electrotechnology, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electromechanics, or related fields. **Experience** * Experience in technical or industrial procurement. * Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and technical documentation. **Knowledge** * Electrical and electronic components (cables, circuit breakers, sensors, inverters, PLCs, etc.). * Technical standards NBR and IEC. * ERP systems, basic cost accounting, taxation, and logistics concepts. **Desired Skills** * Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills. * Analytical, organized profile with critical thinking ability. **Other Requirements** * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). * Reside in or have easy access to the Contagem – MG region. **Behavioral Competencies** * Proactivity and strong results orientation. * Good communication skills, interpersonal relationship abilities, and collaborative attitude. * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. **Differentiators That Will Set You Apart** * Technical English for communication with international suppliers. * Experience in procurement for complex industrial automation projects.
