




Job Summary: Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on facilities and equipment to ensure their proper operation and functionality, while participating in audits and training. Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on the company's facilities and equipment to guarantee their correct operation and functionality. **FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the company's facilities and equipment, including refrigerators, incubators, climate chambers, air conditioning units, HVAC systems, air handling units, and water chillers, among others. * Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify wear-related issues, failures, or malfunctions. * Prevent failures and minimize unplanned downtime, ensuring machinery remains fully operational. * Respond to corrective maintenance requests. * Support and supervise assistants in maintenance department activities. * Oversee and support third-party maintenance service providers, ensuring service quality. * Participate in a "task force" for urgent activities, collaborating to achieve timely completion and desired results. * Identify non-conforming product situations to promptly inform immediate leadership of potential deviations, preventing adverse impacts on the Quality Management System (QMS). * Participate in internal or external training and capacity-building programs, fully or partially subsidized by the company, contributing to professional development. * Participate in and respond to internal, external, and customer audits, providing documentation and information related to audited processes. * Perform other related tasks as required by leadership. **Requirements** Completed technical education – Mechatronics, Industrial Electronics, Industrial Mechanics, Automation, or related fields. Knowledge of building maintenance. Familiarity with measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, dial indicators, thermometers, etc.).
