We value the well-being of our employees, offering a safe, collaborative environment full of opportunities to grow alongside the company. **What We Seek:** We are looking for individuals who enjoy challenges, wish to advance professionally, and are ready to learn and collaborate with us in our production process. **DIGITAL MANUFACTURING OPERATOR** **Responsibilities:** * Prepare, configure, and operate 3D printers according to technical instructions and project-specific specifications. * Monitor the printing process to ensure accuracy and quality control. * Diagnose and resolve technical issues arising during printing. * Perform file slicing using appropriate software. * Adjust printing parameters according to the material used. * Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on 3D printing equipment. * Clean, level, and calibrate machines before and after printing. * Perform post-processing of parts (removal of supports, cleaning, sanding, etc.). * Assist in training new employees on 3D printing operations and safety protocols. **Requirements:** * Technical course in Mechatronics; * Industrial Automation; or a non-degree 3D printing course; * Prior experience operating 3D printers. **Benefits:** * Meal/food allowance: BRL 300.00; * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; * Birthday Day Off; * Performance-based bonus (starting at BRL 200.00); * Morning and afternoon coffee breaks; * Additional vacation bonus; * Rewards for good ideas; * Career development plan. **Salary Range: BRL 2,000.00 to BRL 2,400.00 per month** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Work Location:** Contagem – MG Job Type: Full-time CLT employment Compensation: BRL 2,000.00 – BRL 2,400.00 per month
