Job Summary: We are seeking a 3D Printer/Digital Manufacturing Operator to prepare, configure, and operate 3D printers; monitor the printing process; diagnose issues; perform post-processing; and assist in training new employees. We value our employees' well-being, offering a safe, collaborative environment full of opportunities to grow alongside the company. **What We Seek:** We are looking for individuals who enjoy challenges, wish to grow professionally, and are ready to learn and collaborate with us in our production process. **3D PRINTER OPERATOR / DIGITAL MANUFACTURING OPERATOR** **Responsibilities:** * Prepare, configure, and operate 3D printers according to technical instructions and project specifications. * Monitor the printing process to ensure accuracy and quality control. * Diagnose and resolve technical issues arising during printing. * Perform file slicing using appropriate software. * Adjust printing parameters based on the material used. * Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on 3D printing equipment. * Perform machine cleaning, leveling, and calibration before and after printing. * Execute post-processing of printed parts (removal of supports, cleaning, sanding, etc.). * Assist in training new employees on 3D printing operations and safety protocols. **Requirements:** * Technical course in Mechatronics, * Industrial Automation, or a standalone 3D printing course; * Prior experience operating 3D printers. **Benefits:** * Meal/food allowance: BRL 300.00; * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; * Birthday Day Off; * Performance bonus (starting from BRL 200.00); * Morning and afternoon coffee breaks; * Additional vacation bonus; * Rewards for good ideas; * Career development plan. **Starting salary:** BRL 2,100.00 per month **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Work location:** Contagem – MG Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: Starting from BRL 2,100.00 per month Work mode: On-site
