The **Conventional Milling Machine Operator** works as a mechanical technician responsible for performing machining operations using conventional milling machines. This includes preparing, adjusting, operating, and machining metal parts on conventional milling machines to deliver non-serial parts meeting high standards of quality and precision, in accordance with project specifications. Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings/projects; verifying material (dimensions, type, and other specifications) before commencing work; achieving the highest possible quality finish. Inspecting the manufactured item—such as dimensions and characteristics specified in the project—prior to releasing it for subsequent stages. **Requirements:** Completion of technical training in Mechanical Engineering is desirable. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings/projects; understanding of industrial machining nomenclature. Schedule: Availability to work rotating shifts, including Saturdays. Availability for overtime and business travel required.
