Schedule analysis and disbursement flow analysis A civil engineering company is seeking a Construction Cost Assistant in Belo Horizonte (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Construction Cost Control: Consolidate system data into spreadsheets for detailed budget item analysis, generate economic indices, and provide essential data to financial planning, controller, project management, and end clients. Contract Management: Monitor approved measurements, contract balances, and identify potential contract overruns and required amendments. Final Cost Forecasting: Forecast final project costs through contract and purchase order analyses of materials, contributing to final cost predictability and supporting management decision-making for both the entire complex and individual phases, generating information for various clients.
