Perform maintenance and minibar item checklists. **Company Description** MERCURE BELO HORIZONTE LOURDES **Job Description** Maintain the organization and cleanliness of guest rooms and floor(s) under your responsibility, ensuring the brand's required standards of excellence. **Qualifications** * Tidy guest rooms during guests' stay and after their departure, cleaning all areas, changing linens, and restocking necessary supplies (amenities). * Organize the cleaning cart, storing all supplies, equipment, tools, and other items required for room tidying and cleaning (linens, cleaning products, amenities, vacuum cleaner, broom, etc.). * Perform check\-lists for maintenance items, minibar items, and stationery, and report any irregularities or replenishment needs to your supervisor. * Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all vacant rooms. * Ensure cleanliness of corridors and elevator lobbies.
