We have other opportunities available in our talent pool. **Job Responsibilities:** Perform administrative routines, including: * Assist in implementing and monitoring Occupational Safety and Health activities * Collaborate in guiding employees on the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment, according to the Occupational Safety Technician’s guidelines * Support the Occupational Safety Technician in executing legal programs, safety inspections, document control, and individual/collective protective equipment * Answer phone calls and provide in-person assistance * Assist in managing the leadership's schedule and e\-mails * Organize and maintain the work environment * Provide support for related tasks as required by the department **Work Location:** Rod.
