




Job Summary: Psychology professional to perform Recruitment and Selection activities, develop surveys, and support HR routines. Key Highlights: 1. Support for HR department routines **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology; * Active registration with the Regional Psychology Council (CRP); * Minimum 6 months of experience in Human Resources; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite and HR systems). **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct all stages of Recruitment and Selection processes (candidate screening, interviews, administration and scoring of assessments, feedback delivery, and candidate follow-up); * Develop, administer, and assist in analyzing internal HR surveys, questionnaires, and managerial reports; * Provide support for other HR department routines as required. **Working Hours:** * On-site work; * 44 hours per week.
