Development of quality-of-life and workplace well-being programs **Description:** We are seeking a Work Psychologist to join our HR team and serve as a trusted point of care and active listening for our employees. In this role, you will broadly promote mental health, prevent psychosocial risks, and provide support to individuals at various stages of their employment journey. * Conduct psychological assessments of candidates; * Provide individual psychological counseling and facilitate employee support groups; * Develop and implement workplace quality-of-life programs; * Identify and monitor cases of psychological distress, burnout, and occupational illness; * Design and administer organizational climate and engagement surveys; * Support integration, onboarding, and welcoming initiatives for new employees; * Implement programs to prevent moral and sexual harassment; * Collaborate with occupational medicine and CIPA on occupational health initiatives; * Produce mental health and well-being reports and metrics; * Support organizational change processes and leadership development; * Identify workplace factors contributing to stress, anxiety, or depression, in compliance with health and safety regulations (e.g., NR-1); * Provide psychological support to employees returning from leave (INSS), facilitating their healthy reintegration into daily routines; * Directly address serious conflicts, moral harassment, or other pathogenic relational dynamics; * Perform triage and referral to psychiatrists or public health services when external intervention is required. **Prerequisites:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology * Active CRP registration * Training in NR-1 (preferred)
