Creation of dashboards and reports in Business Intelligence tools Technical education in IT, Computer Science, or related fields (completed or in progress); minimum 1 year of experience in user technical support; basic knowledge of hardware, networks, and Windows operating systems; good communication and teamwork skills; proactive attitude and interest in professional growth in the field **Responsibilities:** * Remote and on-site technical support ticket handling; * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and software; * User support (Windows, Office suite, e\-mail, and antivirus); * Preliminary diagnosis of hardware, software, and network issues; * Configuration and support for POP/IMAP e\-mail and Microsoft 365; * Logging, tracking, and documentation of support tickets; * Responsible for the development and maintenance of **process automation**, aiming to optimize routines and improve operational efficiency; * Development, updating, and maintenance of **dashboards and reports in Business Intelligence (BI) tools**, supporting data analysis and decision-making.
