





Job Description: * Generalist HR experience or multidisciplinary involvement covering Recruitment & Selection, Development, and Business Partnering, preferably supporting business units; * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel; * Prior experience in designing, executing, and managing development programs, preferably within digitally transforming environments; * Experience in leadership and team development; * Ability to analyze, plan, and organize multiple projects simultaneously; * Practical experience in Instructional Design and the creation of learning journeys; * Consulting capability, clear communication, and a strong focus on business partnership. Strategic HR Engagement * Partner with Business Partner Leaders from Commercial, Marketing, and G&G areas to understand their strategies, challenges, and KPIs, providing consultative support on people-related topics including climate, development, performance, mobility, and organizational structure; * Conduct diagnostics for supported areas and propose customized HR solutions to aid managerial decision-making and strengthen Comerc’s culture; * Participate in management rituals of these areas, supporting leaders on engagement, team structuring, career pathways, and conflict management. Recruitment and Selection * Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (profile mapping, job posting, screening, competency-based interviews, alignment with managers, and closing), ensuring cultural and technical fit; * Build and maintain talent pipelines for strategic and operational roles within Commercial, Marketing, and G&G areas; * Support managers in defining ideal candidate profiles and designing optimal attraction strategies. Corporate Education and Development (Comerc University) * Identify and analyze corporate education needs, developing, implementing, and managing learning solutions aligned with business strategies; * Propose education and development solutions through a consultative approach with leadership, ensuring relevant experiences and measurable impact on business results; * Map, implement, and monitor KPIs for projects under responsibility, informing management decisions; * Oversee vendor negotiations and contracts, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and goals; * Monitor market trends, integrating best practices and innovation into Talent and Culture processes. 2512060202191907808
