Águas de São Pedro, 135 – Vila Paulicéia – São Paulo/SP (on-site)** **Responsibilities:** * Sales and Qualified Customer Service: Provide consultative service, conduct sales prospecting, and manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing. * Channel and CRM Management: Operate and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system (KOMO), and engage across multiple communication and sales channels (e.g., WhatsApp, marketplaces, etc.). * Commercial Support and Strategy: Prepare reports, monitor performance targets and customer satisfaction, actively participate in planning meetings, and contribute to the team’s overall results. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or a related field is considered an advantage. * Experience in customer service and sales.
