Professional responsible for assisting and guiding public transportation users, organizing boarding queues, monitoring access, and providing emergency support.

**Responsibilities**
* Provide assistance and guidance to public transportation users in accordance with current protocols and procedures.
* Organize and direct boarding queues, ensuring smooth, comfortable, and safe vehicle access.
* Monitor and control access in boarding and alighting areas, ensuring compliance with system usage regulations.
* Clarify doubts and convey information regarding routes, schedules, and available services.
* Support operations during atypical or emergency situations, always prioritizing public safety and service quality.
***Salary: R$1\.739,21***

Requirements:
**\- Completed high school education;**

Working hours: 12x36 shift schedule, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, on pre-scheduled rotations.
Work location: Central region or hospital area of Belo Horizonte.
Job type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract
