They will also assist with administrative tasks, handling support tickets, verifying materials in the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), and collaborating on educational development projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the production and updating of digital teaching materials. * Assist with basic video, image, and presentation editing. * Create simple content in formats such as banners, cards, and infographics. * Provide administrative support: file management, spreadsheets, registrations, and process organization. * Monitor support requests and tickets from faculty, students, and internal departments. * Perform basic proofreading and review of texts and materials. * Assist with updating virtual learning environments. * Collaborate on testing, validation, and developing new digital resource formats. * Participate in NEAD meetings, training sessions, and alignment activities. Requirements and Qualifications * Basic Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint). * Currently enrolled in undergraduate programs such as Digital Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Production, Visual Communication, Letters, or Information Technology. * Expected graduation date after December 2026.
