We seek committed professionals focused on customer service, problem-solving, and who wish to contribute positively to our customers’ daily operations. **Work Mode:** 100% On-site – Field Service **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. \& Saturday: 7 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. **Employment Type:** CLT \+ Benefits **Key Responsibilities** * Provide **first-level support** for corporate systems, software, and applications. * Perform **software installation, configuration, and error correction**, as well as hardware and software relocation, addition, and replacement. * Address requests via **ITSM ticketing system**, both **remotely** and **on-site**. * Ensure **availability and performance** of customers’ platforms. * Comply with requirements and SLAs related to telephony, IT, and infrastructure. * Log, track, and resolve requests, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction. * Conduct **preventive and corrective maintenance** of hardware and operating systems. * Support deployments, equipment relocation, validations, installations, and incident resolution. * Open and monitor tickets when necessary, ensuring proper closure of each request. **Mandatory Requirements** * **1.5 to 2 years** of experience in the IT field. * Knowledge of: * Windows * Microsoft Office * Hardware maintenance (desktops and laptops) * Software installation and configuration **Preferred Qualifications:** * Punctuality and commitment * Strong communication skills and customer focus * Proactivity and dynamism * Teamwork * Calm demeanor * **Experience with printers** * **Preference for female candidates** (per hiring manager’s alignment) **Education:** * Completed high school * Preferred: Technical degree in Information Technology or undergraduate degree in IT (in progress or completed) If you identify with this position and wish to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, **apply now** and join Positivo S\+!
