Focus on attraction, selection, and development #### **About the position:** * We are seeking an HR Analyst to work across various Human Resources functions. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Handle recruitment and selection. * Support people and leadership management. * Monitor training and development initiatives. * Plan and execute internal marketing activities. * Handle HR administration routines. * Provide support for other administrative tasks within the department. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in Human Resources. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in HR management tools. * Organizational skills and proactivity. * Must reside in Belo Horizonte: R.
