





**Human Resources Analyst (Onsite)** **Responsibilities:** * Work on a rotational basis, supporting various HR demands; * Hiring and termination processes; * Recruitment and selection; * Verification and registration of benefits; * Acting as company representative in labor hearings; * Job classification and compensation; * Vacation control; * Supporting department managers; * Monitoring KPIs; * Managing attendance records, absences, and tardiness; * Monthly payroll closing and verification, including related taxes; * Maintaining updated databases (employee records and historical data); * Liaising with labor unions and monitoring compliance with regulations; * Employee assistance and support; * Assisting in organizing internal events and activities; * Registering new employees and granting system access; * Providing administrative support to other departments; **Requirements:** * Proven experience in the above responsibilities; * Academic degree; * Proactive, communicative, organized, and people-oriented; * Time and conflict management skills; dynamic profile capable of working under pressure; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Availability for fully onsite work, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
