




We are looking for an HR and Payroll Analyst to join the team of a company in the indoor cultivation equipment sector, which is experiencing rapid growth. For this role, it is essential to have knowledge of the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT) and Payroll Department routines, as well as proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with time/attendance and payroll management systems. We seek a candidate who is organized and people-oriented. Essentially, the selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out operational and administrative HR and Payroll Department tasks, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and supporting employee management. **Key responsibilities of a Mid-Level HR and Payroll Analyst include:** * Collecting and organizing documents for employee registration, monitoring medical examinations, and formalizing terminations. * Entering and verifying payroll-related information (time tracking, absences, overtime), and processing benefit requests (e.g., Transportation Voucher, Meal Voucher). * Managing vacation scheduling and tracking. * Coordinating with the Accounting Department to submit monthly reports (eSocial – Digital Bookkeeping System for Tax, Social Security, and Labor Obligations; tax forms; payroll data). * Supporting basic HR activities (e.g., organizing training sessions, internal communications). * Maintaining and organizing employee files and records. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree * Basic knowledge of the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT) and Payroll Department routines (vacations, payroll, benefits) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with time/attendance and payroll management systems * Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines * People-oriented mindset Must reside in São Paulo * **Compensation and Benefits:** * Transportation Voucher * Meal Voucher * Health and Dental Insurance (available after 3 months of employment) * Birthday Day Off * Birthday Gift Voucher worth R$100 * Hybrid work schedule: 3 days remote, 2 days onsite.
