




Job Summary: The Field Support Technician is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of networking and microcomputing equipment, serving multiple clients with mobility availability. Key Highlights: 1. On-site customer support for equipment installation and maintenance. 2. Provides on-site support for microcomputing and telecommunications. 3. Collaborates with the IT team to resolve complex network issues. The FIELD SUPPORT TECHNICIAN is responsible for on-site customer support: * Install, configure, and maintain networking equipment such as routers, switches, and access points. * Provide on-site microcomputing and telecommunications support. * Serve multiple clients per day, with mobility availability between regions. * Maintenance and Repairs: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. * Install and configure devices and systems as required. * Provide training and guidance to end users to ensure optimal utilization of available network resources. * Conduct network connectivity and security testing to ensure data integrity and protection against threats. * Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex network issues, providing specialized technical support. * Monitor network performance, identifying and resolving potential failures and traffic bottlenecks. Requirements * Basic knowledge of networks, telecommunications, routers, switches, APs, and rack assembly * Technical Knowledge: Hardware and software/microcomputing * Experience in maintenance and repair of electronic devices
