Support the team with daily operational tasks **About the position:** We are looking for a Customer Service Intern to support our team in customer service routines and ensure an agile, welcoming, and efficient experience for our customers across multiple channels. This person will be responsible for continuing tasks previously managed by the customer service department, directly engaging in customer relationship management and operational support. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide customer service via social media (Instagram and Facebook), responding to inquiries, interactions, and comments * Support customer service via WhatsApp, routing requests and assisting the team * Approve exchange requests according to company policy * Perform sales recovery via Abandoned Cart (CK) * Ensure response agility and quality while adhering to the brand's tone of voice * Support the team with daily operational tasks related to customer service **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (e.g., Communications, Marketing, or related fields) * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Proactivity and willingness to learn * Proficiency with digital tools and online customer service **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience (even academic) in customer service * Familiarity with customer service via social media and WhatsApp * Experience with platforms such as Zendesk, ManyChat, or similar Internship stipend: BRL 1500.00 + Transportation Benefit Schedule: Morning or afternoon shift — 6 hours/day On-site work at Savassi, Belo Horizonte
