We value work that positively impacts our patients’ outcomes. **Responsibilities** ● Welcome patients before, during, and after consultations or procedures, enhancing the patient experience and ensuring **quality, consistency, and delight** throughout their entire journey. ● Serve as the direct point of contact for patients regarding questions, support, and personalized guidance; ● Schedule, confirm, and manage follow-up appointments, ensuring **efficient and agile communication**; ● Conduct **post-service follow-up**, monitoring progress, providing guidance, and ensuring continuity of care; ● Organize patient routines, maintain up-to-date records, and facilitate the work of involved teams; ● Manage communication via WhatsApp, adhering to the clinic’s established standards of language, warmth, and professionalism; **Requirements** ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ● Professional demeanor, empathy, and attention to detail; ● Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly and efficiently; ● Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or reception; ● Availability to work varied shifts, according to the clinic’s schedule. **Preferred Qualifications** ● Experience in clinics, hotels, aesthetic centers, or premium venues; ● Knowledge of patient journey mapping, loyalty strategies, and luxury hospitality; ● Coursework or certification in humanized care or customer experience.
