We are looking for a **Compliance Analyst** to strengthen our team and support compliance with regulations, internal policies, and regulatory requirements—contributing to the security and integrity of our operations. If you enjoy challenges, dynamic environments, and working in governance, controls, and best practices, this role is for you! **Your responsibilities will include:** * Supporting compliance program governance through creation, review, and organization of policies, procedures, and workflows. * Ensuring evidence and record management, guaranteeing formalization, archiving, and traceability of information. * Maintaining and monitoring the risk and control matrix, prioritizing actions based on impact and likelihood. * Initiating, tracking, and validating corrective and preventive action plans, monitoring effectiveness and reduction of recurrence. * Supporting third-party and contract compliance by verifying documentation, approvals, and minimum controls. * Conducting compliance monitoring and testing, including sampling-based analyses and documentation of findings. * Supporting incident and non-conformance management—from logging through resolution follow-up. * Contributing to compliance training, onboarding, and internal communications, ensuring documented proof trails. * Consolidating executive reports and KPIs, tracking risks, actions, incidents, and pending items across departments. **What we expect from you:** * Prior experience in Compliance, Internal Controls, Auditing, Risk Management, or Governance. * Ability to document processes, policies, procedures, and workflows while maintaining an evidence-based routine. * Strong communication skills to align standards and track deadlines with departments. * Intermediate Excel proficiency, with focus on KPIs, consolidations, and controls. * Organized profile, attention to detail, and ethical conduct with confidentiality. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Experience in regulated sectors (iGaming/Bets, financial services, payment methods, fintech). * Practical knowledge of KYC/AML, anti-fraud, third-party management, and documentary auditing. * Familiarity with governance and control management tools. * Understanding of the Brazilian regulated market, including Law No. 14,790/2023 and related ordinances. **Benefits of joining our team:** * Flexible meal allowance – BRL 45.00 per business day on the Flash card, usable as you prefer: supermarkets, restaurants, or delivery (no payroll deduction). * Mobility allowance – On the Flash card, offering greater daily flexibility. * Health and dental insurance – No co-payment and no monthly premium for Start employees (fully covered by us). * No dress code – Comfort and freedom to work. * Flexible working hours – 40-hour weekly schedule with autonomy over your routine. * Wellhub (Gympass) – The first two plans are free; additional plans offer incredible discounts, providing more options for health and wellness. * Birthday Day Off – Because your special day deserves celebration! * Life insurance – Greater peace of mind for you and your family. **Additional Information:** * On-site work in Belo Horizonte/MG * 40-hour weekly schedule * CLT employment regime Here, your work is recognized and your growth is our priority. ?
