Description
We are seeking a professional responsible for conducting physicochemical and mechanical tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished products, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and regulatory requirements. Provides technical support for investigations of deviations, nonconformities, and process validations, contributing to critical quality decisions. Performs high-complexity activities independently and with technical expertise, ensuring analytical accuracy, result reliability, and direct support to R&D and production for continuous improvement of processes and products.
- Conducts technical activities and complex analyses with a high degree of autonomy, working on processes requiring precision and advanced knowledge of quality standards.
- Manages multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining consistent performance, organization, and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Demonstrates a low rate of nonconformities, reflecting rigor in adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and ANVISA procedures.
- Operates various laboratory instruments and equipment autonomously, ensuring calibration, proper usage, and result integrity.
- Performs Quality Control tests, including physicochemical tests, characterizations, and performance analyses according to established standards.- Contributes to laboratory organization and maintenance, ensuring appropriate conditions for internal and external audits.
- Accurately records data and results in spreadsheets and technical reports, including information on raw materials, resins, counter-samples, and quality tests, ensuring traceability and document integrity.
- Develops and reviews SOPs, work instructions, and procedure sheets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Holds an active registration with the Chemistry Council, fulfilling legal requirements for technical practice in the field.
- Masters current planning and management platforms (PCP and related systems), integrating laboratory information with production and administrative departments.
Technical or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.
Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract
Compensation: R$2.100,00 - R$2.200,00 per month
