




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Support HR administrative processes: vacation tracking, timekeeping, onboarding, offboarding, and benefits management; Support financial routines: accounts payable and receivable, billing, petty cash, and system entries; Perform various administrative tasks, such as obtaining small quotations, monitoring purchase orders, organizing travel (reservations), access control, and employee assistance. **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience in administrative and/or financial routines; Completed high school education (a college degree is a plus); Intermediate Excel skills; Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ease in interpersonal relationships; Availability for on-site work in Vespasiano/MG. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday **BENEFITS:** Benefits: Medical and dental insurance, meal allowance, on-site cafeteria, profit-sharing program, study assistance, transportation allowance and/or company car voucher, Christmas bonus.
