Responsibilities and Duties Complete and organize all administrative documentation, ensuring accuracy and proper archiving; Provide team support by assisting with tasks, report preparation, and communication with suppliers, customers, and third parties; Assist area supervision by providing required information and documents; Support report preparation, document control, and customer/supplier/third-party interactions, ensuring information quality for decision-making; Perform other related tasks assigned by immediate management. Requirements and Qualifications Completed High School education; Experience in the administrative field; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Knowledge of file management; Experience in vehicle administration will be considered a plus. Additional Information Work Location: Contagem/MG Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; alternate Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
