Description

Job Summary: Work in Quality Control, assisting in inspecting the production process of bags, accessories, and footwear to ensure quality standards and achievement of targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inspect the production process of bags, accessories, and footwear 2. Identify and correct operational and material anomalies 3. Ensure quality standards and contribute to achieving targets Work in the Quality Control area, assisting in the inspection stages of finished bags, accessories, and footwear production, verifying the presence of operational and material anomalies, rejecting defective items when necessary, and forwarding them for correction, aiming to ensure quality standards and contribute to target achievement, as well as performing other related and inherent duties. 1\. Follow the delivery schedule according to PCP department instructions, monitoring the production process based on guidelines to meet the company's established quality standards. 2\. Record daily all occurrences detected during the production process, creating a history for future analysis and proposing corrective actions to resolve issues and prevent recurrence. 3\. Report any anomalies identified in the production process to management, indicating severity and recurrence, so that necessary corrective measures can be implemented. 4\. Review the general finishing of each footwear item, checking assembly, sole bonding, cleaning, sole numbering, and other details prior to packaging. 5\. Inspect bags, belts, and wallets received from third-party suppliers, thoroughly verifying production processes and materials used to ensure brand quality standards. 6\. Return defective shoes to the responsible manufacturer, assisting in arranging the necessary repairs. 7\. Receive returns of defective footwear and bags, verify anomalies, identify the root cause of the problem, and propose corrections to prevent future returns for the same reasons. 8\. Assist in conducting sampling tests on produced footwear, identifying anomalies that may affect wearing comfort, and reviewing production steps across departments to ensure quality standards. 9\. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and proper upkeep of machines and materials in the area. 10\. Work in compliance with technical, quality, safety, environmental, and health standards and procedures. 11\. Participate in internal and external training programs to enhance knowledge relevant to the assigned area of responsibility. 12\. Understand the company's mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, and comply with organizational and coexistence regulations. 13\. Perform other professional duties related to and inherent in the position, as directed by supervisors.
