Requires knowledge of networks and hardware/software **Field Support Technician** Employment Type: CLT; Work Model: On-site \- Indefinite Term; Work location in the vicinity of Belo Horizonte/MG Monday to Friday \| Business Hours. Responsibilities: Customer Service: Provide on-site technical support for microcomputing and telecommunications; Serve multiple clients per day, with willingness to travel between regions; Maintenance and Repairs: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment; Install and configure devices and systems as required; Management and Reporting: Manage service incidents and appointment scheduling; Requirements and Qualifications: Basic knowledge of networks, telecommunications, routers, switches, access points (APs), and rack assembly; Technical Knowledge: Hardware and software/microcomputing; Experience in maintenance and repair of electronic devices; **Personal vehicle required (motorcycle not permitted) and valid driver's license;** Willingness to undertake long-distance travel (over 300 km) and daily service visits (average of 300 km per day, subject to demand variation); Willingness to last-minute travel assignments requiring a minimum stay of one week away from home; Equipment: Laptop; HD/Pendrive (64GB and 128GB); Console cable; Smartphone with internet connectivity and Android OS; Cable tester; Cable locator; Crimping pliers and set of keys; Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Driver's License Category: B Personal Vehicle Willingness to Travel * Meal or Food Allowance * Dental Plan * On-Call Duty * Commercial Discounts * Health Insurance
