You will serve as the bridge between Marisa.Care and new clients—from prospecting through contract closure—acting strategically and consultatively to understand the needs of hospitals and clinics and propose the best solution for each case. * Practical Responsibilities * Lead a consultative sales process, presenting Marisa.Care’s solutions as a means to optimize healthcare management and improve patient experience; * Identify and understand key customer pain points and needs, helping Marisa.Care adapt its solutions to maximize impact; * Conduct negotiations and close contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout all stages of the process; * Prospect and generate new leads within the healthcare segment to supplement your pipeline, supporting the pre-sales team and providing feedback on processes; * Maintain a well-structured sales pipeline, ensuring continuous tracking of opportunities; * Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to develop customized presentations and value propositions aligned with customer needs; * Monitor and analyze sales performance, proposing corrective actions and continuous improvements to the sales approach. * Requirements * Prior experience (minimum 3 years) in consultative B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, technology, or SaaS; * Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and compellingly present complex solutions; * Proactive, dynamic profile with strong results orientation; * Ability to work under aggressive targets and tight deadlines in a high-performance environment; * Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and sales automation tools; * Preferred Qualifications * Fluency in English and/or Spanish; * Knowledge of digital health solutions (healthtechs) and/or AI-based solutions; * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields; * Understanding of healthcare processes, especially in hospitals and clinics; * Experience selling high-ticket B2B solutions. * Position Details * Contract type: PJ (individual contractor) * Hybrid work model – Belo Horizonte
