Uses Lean tools and goal management systems to contribute to the advancement of process maturity across business areas. **Key Responsibilities** * Participate in developing flowcharts, value-added analyses, bottleneck identification, time and motion studies, ensuring standardization in accordance with Operational Excellence guidelines. * Contribute to the deployment and monitoring of operational goals, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines. * Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and charts based on templates and validated data, supporting decision-making and performance monitoring. * Participate in process and performance review meetings, recording minutes, action plans, and tracking deadlines and responsible parties. * Contribute to the organization and standardization of technical documents and knowledge bases within the area. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Process Management, or related fields; * Experience in process mapping, PDCA, training, and Lean methodologies. * Knowledge of Process Management methodology. **Benefits** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal allowance or food voucher; * Transportation voucher; * Life insurance; * Internal development programs; * Day\-off. **Diversity and Inclusion** We value diversity and encourage applications from professionals of all backgrounds.
