




Job Summary: An HR professional to manage recruitment, onboarding, personnel department, training and development routines, as well as support leaders and monitor HR metrics. Key Highlights: 1. Support to leaders and organizational culture initiatives * Execute and oversee recruitment and selection processes, ensuring hires align with the company's profile and culture. * Conduct onboarding, integration, internal transfers, and offboarding procedures, ensuring compliance with labor legislation. * Manage timekeeping, benefits, vacations, and other personnel department routines, providing support to departments. * Lead training, development, and performance evaluation initiatives. * Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, overtime, employee engagement, etc.) and propose improvements. * Support leaders on people management topics, discipline, communication, and internal practices. * Ensure correct application of HR norms, policies, and procedures. * Participate in audits, prepare reports, and maintain up-to-date employee documentation. * Contribute to strategic initiatives related to culture, engagement, safety, and organizational development.
