We are looking for a dedicated, customer-oriented Mid-Level Automotive Technician to join our team! If you are a professional with solid knowledge in automotive mechanics and experience in customer service, this is your opportunity to become part of a leading company in the automotive sector. **Location: Belo Horizonte/MG** **Responsibilities:** * Diagnose technical issues in vehicles and propose appropriate solutions. * Provide technical support to customers, ensuring clear and effective communication. * Perform vehicle inspections and maintenance checks, ensuring quality standards are maintained. * Prepare service and repair estimates, explaining details thoroughly to customers. * Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure efficient service execution. **Requirements:** * Completed technical course in Automotive Mechanics or related fields (preferred); * Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an automotive technician; * Intermediate-level knowledge of mechanical and electrical diagnostics and repairs; * Prior experience at dealerships preferred (not mandatory); * Proficiency in using **electronic diagnostic tools**. * Valid driver’s license (Category B). **Salary/Benefits:** * **Commission:** 10.5% of services performed * **Minimum monthly guarantee:** R$ 1\.800,00 * **Medical and dental assistance – Unimed** (monthly fee \+ co-payment) * **Meal allowance:** R$ 23.00 per day * **Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy** * **Partnership agreements with universities and gym networks** Minimum Education: Technical Course * Transportation Allowance (VT) * Meal Allowance (VR) * Gym Pass * University Partnership Program * Medical and Dental Assistance
