**Responsibilities:** * Sew garments and accessories based on reference images. * Operate industrial sewing machines **(straight-stitch, overlock, piping) and domestic sewing machines**, demonstrating proficiency with various fabric types. * Perform adjustments, alterations, and hand or machine finishing to ensure final quality and adherence to deadlines. * Collaborate with the Atelier team to develop new pieces. * Maintain a tidy workplace and keep sewing equipment in good working condition. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role is preferred. * Knowledge of fabric cutting is preferred. * Proficiency in sewing techniques and experience assembling complete garments. * **Preferred qualification:** Experience with or interest in creating *cosplays* or complex costumes. * Ability to interpret patterns and technical drawings. * Commitment, organization, and attention to detail. * Availability to work **Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.** Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: Starting at R$1,800.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
