We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled professional who is able to interpret designs and turn them into high-quality garments. Responsibilities * Produce pilot samples according to requested models, identifying and reporting necessary adjustments; * Produce order pieces according to requested models, identifying and reporting necessary adjustments; * Work with various types of fine fabrics such as silk, chiffon, lace, zibeline, etc., especially those used in party wear; * Collaborate with the pattern maker and production leader to ensure garments meet the brand's quality standards; * Perform finishing touches and final inspections to ensure piece perfection. Requirements * Proven experience as a Pilot Seamstress in festive fashion; * Knowledge in manufacturing party dresses and haute couture; * Skill in taking measurements and making adjustments; * Ability to interpret patterns and technical specifications; * Attention to detail and high quality standards.
