Come join our team! **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are looking for people who love meeting others, who truly listen, feel motivated to understand others, embrace challenges, and enjoy the journey—even if there are some obstacles along the way. ***Want to be part of this sales and customer service journey with us?*** **Responsibilities and duties** * Be responsible for efficiently carrying out the following tasks: * Perform routines related to cleaning and organizing the entire store; * Organize inventory, making access to merchandise more efficient; * Manage incoming, outgoing, and transferred merchandise, as well as participate in inventories; * Review merchandise to ensure quality for customers; * Handle ironing and restocking items on the sales floor; * Operate the omnichannel system together with the cashier; * Support the sales team in delighting customers: * Providing assistance with in-store and online service, contributing to a more positive shopping experience; * Collaborating with management to ensure the physical store experience, maintaining order in fitting rooms as well. **Requirements and qualifications** * Feel comfortable being yourself; * Respect everyone for who they are; * Be dynamic, flexible, quick to adapt, and organized; * Be committed to the work environment; * Be proactive and help create a kind, delightful, and efficient atmosphere in the store; * Strong communication skills (verbal and listening) greatly enhance interpersonal relationships; * Completed elementary education **Additional information** Our story began 27 years ago at a small booth in Babilônia Feira Hype, where two friends, Kátia Barros and Marcelo Bastos, shared their creations and spread good vibes. What began in the heart of Rio quickly captured the local scene, took over Brazil, and evolved into what we are today. In 2019, we crossed borders and brought the FARM Rio lifestyle to the world.
