Lead negotiations and contracts with a focus on cost-effectiveness **Job Description:** ---------------------- Coordinate and supervise all activities related to the procurement of products and services (food, beverages, cleaning supplies, linens, maintenance, office supplies, etc.). Develop and implement procurement and receiving policies, procedures, and internal controls. Evaluate and approve suppliers, ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines, quality standards, and legal and sanitary requirements. Lead negotiations and contracts with a focus on cost\-effectiveness, quality, and long-term partnerships. Monitor departmental performance indicators (e.g., delivery lead times, cost savings, stockouts, etc.). Collaborate with Warehousing, Finance, Controlling, Kitchen, Governance, and Maintenance departments to ensure an efficient supply flow. Track market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction and innovation in products and suppliers. Supervise the procurement team (assistants, buyers, interns), promoting their technical and behavioral development.
