Initially hired as a temporary CLT Customer Picker through Enfok, with potential subsequent conversion to a permanent Wurth employee. Initial employment through Enfok: Starting Salary: R$1,850.00 Benefits: Transportation allowance, meal allowance of R$36.00 per working day (paid in cash via PIX), basic food basket awarded for attendance (no absences), paid in cash via PIX. Working Hours: Monday to Friday \- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, plus two alternate Saturdays \- 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
