Ensuring quality and safety on construction sites Responsible for leading and coordinating the construction team to ensure smooth progress of activities; Responsible for developing and implementing the construction schedule; Responsible for managing the construction budget and controlling costs; Responsible for ensuring the quality of materials and services used; Responsible for implementing and monitoring safety measures at the construction site; Responsible for managing and resolving conflicts among team members; Responsible for maintaining consistent communication with the client and other stakeholders. Responsible for reading and interpreting project documents and technical drawings; Responsible for defining appropriate construction methods and techniques; Responsible for supervising the execution of construction activities; Responsible for ensuring compliance of the construction work with technical and safety standards; Responsible for conducting quality tests and quality control; Responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues that may arise during construction. Responsible for delegating tasks effectively and monitoring individual performance. Perform other related duties as required by immediate leadership.
