We are seeking a professional to join the Relationship team, responsible for executing low-complexity operational processes for insured and/or non-insured benefits. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform all operational activities related to insured and/or non-insured benefits (enrollments, removals, modifications, upgrades, and/or extension plans) using operators’ and/or insurers’ portals and/or systems to ensure correct processing. * Process the billing kit cancellation using operators’ and/or insurers’ portals and/or systems to deliver organized and secure billing information to the client. * Verify invoices by reviewing all data and/or information contained in the Billing Kit files to ensure all performed transactions have been correctly processed. * Review all received documents by identifying contradictory data and/or information, gaps, errors, incorrect numbers and documents, and outdated information to safeguard against issues that could harm the business and/or client. * Maintain records of all performed transactions by entering required data and/or information to ensure effective tracking of executed actions. * Provide humanized service through attentive treatment grounded in dialogue and understanding of client needs, to clarify doubts and/or provide necessary information regarding the billing and/or cost-allocation process. * Assess dependents reaching adulthood (Monthly Report in billing and Insurers’ Registration Status), analyzing reports issued by operators and/or insurers to process removals due to age eligibility limits (adulthood). * Identify improvement opportunities by mapping processes during execution, applying procedures and workflows, to suggest actions enabling continuous improvement in operational performance. * Perform other related and inherent professional duties as required by departmental needs and/or demands, whenever necessary—through training, professional qualification, and guidance from the immediate supervisor—to ensure continuous professional development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields * Basic Excel knowledge * Experience in the insurance sector involving operational processes for health, dental, and life insurance products * Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, organization, analytical ability, and resilience **Additional Information** * Health and Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Meal and/or Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Wellz * Wellhub * Day Off * Apoio Pass for you and your dependents * Discounts on personal insurance contracts, including auto, life, home, travel, and others. **Join the MDS Team!** MDS is one of the leading insurance brokerage firms in Brazil, specializing in insurance, reinsurance, benefits management, and risk consulting.
