MISSION:
Perform slightly more comprehensive accounts receivable routines. In this role, we begin developing document analysis skills, aiming to ensure accuracy and compliance of information, always under appropriate guidance.
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
The Financial Assistant is responsible for performing slightly more complex tasks than an Assistant, such as document analysis, mediation with accounting/tax teams, and support to other departments, thereby contributing to the efficiency and compliance of accounts payable and receivable processes.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Issuing invoices, sending and returning remittance files, reconciling receipts, issuing protest notices and negative credit reports, issuing consent letters and removing negative credit entries, recording customer expense payments.
* Contract release, billing, construction progress tracking, recording contract termination, recording addendums, transferring funds (CRI's), daily ERP import.
* The Financial Assistant position has three levels. Progression from one level to the next is evaluated based on the employee's discernment ability and learning proficiency regarding assigned routines.
* Evaluation criteria: proactivity, accurate analytical ability, availability, communication skills, teamwork, and pursuit of knowledge through formal education/degree programs.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Other activities related to the finance department and other finance-related areas, such as accounts payable and treasury, as required.
