Continuous improvement through training **Position: Operations Supervisor I** **Salary:** R$ 3\.261,66 **Company:** CF Promotora \- Centro/BH **Work Model:** CLT, 100% in-person **Position Summary:** Responsible for supervising, guiding, and supporting the operational team, ensuring service quality for partners, proper flow of payroll-deductible credit proposals, and compliance with internal processes and partner banks' requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and support the team in partner service delivery via WhatsApp. * Plan and lead training initiatives to improve service delivery. * Assist with questions regarding internal company and partner bank procedures. * Guide the team toward training programs offered by partner banks. * Segment and monitor partners. * Receive and send files via WhatsApp for communication with managers and partners. * Use internal WhatsApp for communication with bank managers, support areas, and internal coordination. * Direct, support, guide, and motivate the service team. * Develop strategies and propose continuous improvements in processes and service delivery. * Plan, coordinate, and monitor team performance. **Experience Requirements:** * Experience in payroll-deductible credit; * Knowledge of products: new loans, refinancing, loan portability, FGTS, and payroll-deductible credit cards; * Experience in customer service; * Supervisory or coordination experience is desirable.
