Analysis of results and support for decision-making We are looking for a **Financial Coordinator** to strategically manage the company's financial operations, ensuring control, organization, and support for decision-making. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate financial routines (accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and bank reconciliations); * Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses; * Analyze results, key performance indicators, and managerial reports; * Support financial planning and executive decision-making; * Manage and develop the finance team; * Liaise with banks, accounting firms, auditors, and other partners; * Ensure adherence to deadlines, internal policies, and sound financial practices. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in finance, preferably in a coordination role; * Knowledge of cash flow management, budgeting, income statements (DRE), and financial KPIs; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel; * Analytical, organized profile with strong leadership skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in finance; * Experience with SAP ERP systems; * Experience working in medium- to large-sized companies.
