Our positions are open to everyone, and we believe diverse backgrounds enrich our purpose. **Work Location:** Belo Horizonte/MG **Main Responsibilities Include:** * Supporting registration of quality tools. * Assisting with document control. * Helping send customer satisfaction survey requests and tracking responses. * Monitoring progress of corrective and preventive actions related to non-conformities, change management, and improvement opportunities. * Clarifying colleagues’ questions regarding departmental processes. * Delivering, under supervision, training sessions related to departmental topics. * Providing general administrative support. **Education Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or Engineering. **Required Qualifications:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Availability for a 20-hour-per-week internship (4 hours per day). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Short-term courses on quality processes (e.g., Non-Conformity, Risk Management, Interpretation of ISO 9001:2015, Flowcharts, Process Mapping).
