





Work in the Production area, performing coordination of the supervisors' team; guiding, training and distributing activities, monitoring and controlling the execution of production plans and processes, as well as carrying out other related duties inherent to the position. Responsibilities and duties 1\. Coordinate the execution of the established production plan, guiding the responsible parties for each stage of the production process, in order to maintain integration among departments and achieve targets. 2\. Manage human resources, selecting, training and directly supervising the factory floor workforce, including both company employees and subcontracted service personnel. 3\. Administer production goals and results, analyzing production orders, reviewing reports, and monitoring the implementation of performance targets. 4\. Collaborate with managers, analysts and technicians from other areas when necessary, providing guidance and support in the receipt of raw materials and indirect materials used in the manufacturing of footwear, bags and accessories. 5\. Control product quality to ensure compliance with the company's predefined standards. 6\. Adopt strategies to facilitate integration among areas under your coordination, ensuring process improvements. 7\. Be responsible for the organization, cleanliness and maintenance of materials, tools and equipment in the area, as well as ensuring their proper upkeep. 8\. Ensure organization and cleanliness of the department, coordinating actions to guarantee hygiene and workplace safety, product quality and environmental preservation. 9\. Participate in internal and external training programs, seeking continuous knowledge improvement relevant to the area of work. 10\. Stay updated on applicable practices and regulations, as well as monitor market trends to anticipate scenario changes that could impact the company. 11\. Propose and implement improvements in the processes within your area of responsibility, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and strategic directives. 12\.
