




Job Summary: Responsible for issuing Production Orders (PO), operation routings, CAD sketches, standardizing production flow, and developing improvements in the production process. Strong integration with Production and Engineering to resolve questions. **Summary Description:** Responsible for issuing Production Orders (PO), operation routings, CAD sketches, standardizing production flow, and developing improvements in the production process. **Main Responsibilities:** * Define manufacturing processes according to mechanical engineering drawings provided by Engineering (internal or customer), focusing on optimal cost-effectiveness for production and operation routing. * Conduct studies to develop production lines to optimize resources and manufacturing capacity. * Develop fixtures and specify machining, fabrication, welding, and painting tools. * Develop measurement fixtures to support quality control processes. * Prepare CNC cutting programs, optimizing material utilization and production resources. * Monitor production batches together with production departments. * Assist in raw material control to ensure traceability for quality standard verification. * Perform balancing of production cutting machines. * Perform balancing of production machining machines. * Define, using the management system, the optimal operation routing for item production. * Support Production regarding manufacturing-related questions and drawing interpretation. * Evaluate raw materials to be used in item production. * Prepare sketches to supplement drawings and assist Production in understanding items to be manufactured. * Draw parts to be cut at full scale (1:1), when necessary. * Print and organize Production Order packages together with drawings and auxiliary sketches. * Update production planning and production control (PCP) records upon completion of Production Orders. * Review manufacturing drawings and develop templates to accelerate fabrication across all process stages. * Develop manufacturing routings for complex equipment overhauls (equipment requiring greater difficulty in defining the manufacturing process), such as vibrating screens, shoe feeders, drive bases, and others. * Determine special transportation types required for shipping oversized components. * Be accountable for the quality, reliability, confidentiality, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under responsibility. * Accurately report progress of activities per leadership instructions. * Ensure preservation of company assets, requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work environment, always leaving the workstation ready for the next day or subsequent shift. * Know, apply, promote, and suggest norms and practices related to occupational safety and environmental preservation; participate in company-promoted programs; contribute to eliminating situations that may pose risks of workplace accidents or environmental degradation. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Education in Mechanical Engineering. * Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering degree preferred. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial equipment manufacturing. * Solid experience in fabrication, welding, painting, and machining. * Advanced Office skills. * Proficiency in Lantek and ERP SAP B1 or similar systems. **What We Expect from This Professional:** * Strong analytical capability and systemic vision of the production process. * Proactivity in identifying improvements and cost reductions. * Technical ability to structure complex processes. * Autonomy in technical decision-making. * Organization and discipline in managing production documentation. * Strong integration with Production and Engineering.
