





Description: * Completed high school education, plus a Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Experience in large-scale construction projects, particularly in the Civil Construction sector; * Knowledge of Emergency Response Teams and emergency situations; * Familiarity with NR-18; Experience conducting Daily Safety Talks (DDS). * * Manage and update documents including the Risk Assessment Program (PGR), Occupational Health Program (PCMSO), Respiratory Protection Program (PPR), Emergency Action Plan (PAE), Accident Prevention Program (PCA), Technical Report on Hazardous Activities (LTCAT), and Ergonomic Assessment Report (AET), ensuring compliance with legal requirements and advising managers on daily decision-making related to occupational safety and health; * Support the organization in complying with regulatory standards and other applicable legislation, providing technical feasibility for meeting all prerequisites necessary for effective legal compliance; * Be responsible for managing health and safety forms and records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal company procedures; * Conduct studies and analyses of physical, chemical, biological, mechanical, ergonomic, and accident-related risks present in workplaces, recommending control measures appropriate to job roles and functions, and proposing protective and preventive measures to ensure safe execution of activities; * Manage personal protective equipment (PPE) records and health and safety forms, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal company procedures; * Monitor and update occupational health and safety indicators, using statistical data to structure actions supporting operational and managerial decision-making aimed at improving performance outcomes; * Manage occupational health and safety costs through electronic spreadsheets and analysis, presenting findings to managers for awareness and decision-making; * Provide technical support to leadership in developing and updating operational procedures, identifying and detailing step-by-step instructions for each activity, mapping existing risks and control measures to ensure safe task execution; * Deliver occupational safety training, demonstrating and raising employee awareness regarding hazardous working conditions, preventive safety measures, and appropriate conduct for specific operations; * Monitor and advise the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA); * Supervise Emergency Response Teams and inspect fire-fighting equipment. * Identify unsafe working conditions and behaviors through field visits, taking preventive action to avoid any personal, material, and/or environmental damage; * Notify employees and leadership about unsafe acts or conditions, indicating required corrective actions, including guidance on the company’s consequences policy and applicable disciplinary measures; * Record incidents/accidents involving people, machines, and/or equipment; * Provide technical support for investigations into incidents/accidents involving people, machines, and/or equipment, assisting in structuring actions to prevent recurrence; * Commit to the policies, standards, and procedures, as well as the Mission, Vision, Values, and Code of Ethics of Metrô BH, dedicating oneself to fulfilling assigned responsibilities both in the presence and absence of immediate supervisors; * Support leadership on matters inherent to one’s area of expertise, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions to be adopted; * Stay updated on new procedures and processes relevant to one’s area of expertise; * Perform other related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor. 251203020219845455
