**Description:** Nursing Intern-S.C.I.H - Concordia Unit **Salary:** R$1,000.00 **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Nursing program; completion of the curricular disciplines of Semiology and Semiotic Techniques; knowledge of the regulatory norms issued by Coren-MG. Accompany the nurse in providing guidance to the technical team, conducting sector inspections and audits, and training staff members; additionally, under the nurse’s direct supervision, guide patients under contact precautions, conduct active surveillance in UI, CTI, HD units, and track post-surgical dischargees. Demonstrate ethical conduct, acting with respect for legality; treat all individuals courteously, exhibit enthusiasm and planning skills; actively participate in institutional initiatives and training programs; promptly notify immediate supervisor of absences, tardiness, or scheduled leave/early departures; encourage innovation and continuous improvement; safeguard facilities, equipment, furniture, machines, and instruments, ensuring their proper use; comply with and enforce internal regulations and institutional policies; conduct active surveillance under supervision; perform inspections under supervision; conduct telephone follow-up of post-surgical dischargees; identify patients under contact precautions under supervision; develop a work methodology capable of generating resources to support planning and organization of sector-specific activities; engage with institutional processes, staying updated on already-validated documents; verify culture results in a timely manner under supervision; update daily the list of patients under contact precautions; report sector-related pending issues to immediate supervisor and sector coordinator; monitor the CHECK LIST of indicators for assistance units; use only validated forms to perform activities; observe safety standards, environmental control measures, and other internal rules and/or legislation applicable to assigned duties; perform other tasks similar to those described above, as determined and supervised by management; complete compulsory notification forms under supervision; identify compulsory notification diseases according to ICD codes under supervision; monitor completion of forms for suspected/confirmed COVID-19 patients; monitor completion of protocols for compulsory notification forms sent to GAERE; monitor requests for discharge of SRAG patients submitted via email. 2511290202181836410
